787 EBU Assembler B (Variable Shift)

As an Associate Propulsion Assembler (Level B) in the Propulsion South Carolina team, you’ll perform engine buildup assembly for 787 components on a variable shift. Responsibilities include assembling structural and mechanical parts using manual/automated tools, completing gap verification and shimming, drilling, sealant application, and installing fasteners and blind bolts. You’ll partner with integrated build teams to mitigate risk using SPS, support Lean/LMS and 5S, and help improve production flow using KPI and BPS principles.
