Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce and review scheduled and ad-hoc client reports, including institutional reports, presentations, and bespoke or standard reports.
  • •Compile reports using investment data for Taiwan equities, onshore/offshore funds, and ETFs, leveraging Excel VBA, local FA systems, and external sources.
  • •Onboard reporting requirements for existing and new clients and respond to ad hoc requests accurately and promptly.
  • •Coordinate client information requests with investment, distribution, operations, legal, compliance, risk, clients, account managers, and vendors.
  • •Support regional and global projects, improve processes for scale and efficiency, maintain documentation, and manage change requests and escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with a focus on investments.
  • •Meet at least one of the listed regulatory qualification requirements for securities/financial markets and ethics or trust operations/financial markets and ethics.
  • •3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in asset management or financial services.
  • •Strong analytical skills to assess complex data and reach sound solutions, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
