Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage feedback intake and help prioritize/maintain the Life Sciences Acceleration Hub dashboard enhancement backlog and support release cycles.
  • •Collect, validate, and organize data inputs to maintain and enhance portfolio insights; identify data gaps and coordinate potential sources or solutions.
  • •Research and evaluate additional internal data sources (including CRM fields and other systems), coordinate access with IT/data owners, and document ownership and usage.
  • •Build and maintain standardized slide/report templates, populate reporting with dashboard-generated insights, and support weekly red-account reporting by consolidating relevant inputs.
  • •Develop and maintain a content calendar to distribute portfolio insights across channels, and organize data feed inputs and documentation to support Health Assessment agent testing and releases.
