Key Responsibilities

  • •Design the optimal agent strategy combination for different risk types (pattern, severity, and dynamic knowledge base).
  • •Establish a standard process for prompt iteration, translating complex business rules into an instruction set for LLMs.
  • •Own key metrics for online agents, including precision, recall, and latency.
  • •Build general model modularization capabilities, including violation severity capabilities and RAG/knowledge base retrieval.
  • •Refine strategy operations and prompt optimization to improve the agent’s precise recall ability for risky content.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of experience in content risk control, strategy operation, search suggestion strategy, or AI product operation.
  • •Deep understanding of content safety business and the ability to significantly improve model performance via Context, Persona, and Examples.
  • •Deep understanding of LLM principles with practical prompt engineering experience.
  • •Experience leading teams or owning complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Excellent data analysis skills to identify strategic issues through data fluctuations.
