Key Responsibilities

•Lead & scale the Merchant F&S team, building a high-performing organisation through coaching, prioritisation, and talent development.
•Own commercial impact by partnering with commercial leaders on major contract negotiations and analysing P&L implications across deal structures.
•Design, standardise, and scale pricing frameworks and negotiation tools across markets and segments to drive consistency and measurable impact.
•Drive the integration of Merchant financials into DoorDash’s metrics, systems, and governance to improve decision-making at scale.
•Embed AI and automation into core workflows to enhance analytical depth, efficiency, and the generation and use of financial insights.

Key Requirements

•ACA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus
•Significant proven experience within a high-growth startup or a fast-paced industry environment
•Strong ability to use big data to solve complex problems and drive commercial decision-making
•Highly proficient in building robust, spreadsheet-based financial models to forecast and analyse business performance
•Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, particularly non-finance leaders, at a strategic level
