Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end renewals process for a high-volume book of business across EMEA, including maintaining an accurate forecast in SFDC
•Collaborate with account executives and channel teams to secure on-time renewals and drive expansion opportunities
•Proactively engage customers and partners 90–120 days before expiry and manage quotes/orders to protect revenue
•Identify churn risk and propose solutions, escalating as needed while maintaining pipeline hygiene
•Deliver outbound activity (phone, email) and execute a planned cadence of engagement to meet quarterly renewal goals

Key Requirements

•2-5 years in renewals, sales, or account management (SaaS preferred)
•Experience selling through and with channel partners in a team selling environment
•Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM tools
•Fluency in French and English
•Strong organizational skills and outbound prospecting experience
