•Develop a large-scale App Ads delivery system and improve its accuracy.
•Explore multi-stage ranking models, conduct data analysis, and develop feature engineering.
•Use machine learning models and ranking algorithms to innovate core App Ads systems.
•Build scalable foundations to maximize the efficiency of deep-funnel app ads delivery.
•Partner with product managers, data scientists, and product strategy/operations to launch new app ads products and features.

Key Requirements

•BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related major.
•3+ years applying machine learning methods for ranking.
•3+ years software development experience with strong coding skills, especially in Python/C++.
•Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet is a plus.
•Experience with recommender systems and online experimentation/analytics, with strong statistics knowledge.
