Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive end-to-end digital architecture for the G&B Digital Ecosystem across Grooming and Beauty product lines.
  • •Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to conceptualize and implement solutions for personal care and health applications.
  • •Discuss architectural tradeoffs with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/partners to align on features and principles.
  • •Lead cloud-, microservices-, API-management/design-, and device-integration-related architectural decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • •12+ years of experience in software architecture, with hands-on coding experience for app ecosystems or digital platforms.
  • •Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API design.
  • •Experience designing mobile and web application architectures for consumer health and personal care domains.
  • •Ability to deliver scalable, secure, user-centric digital solutions and collaborate effectively in agile, cross-functional teams.
