Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions, ensuring a high-quality offboarding experience for clients and employees.
  • •Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while maintaining legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate sensitive meetings, negotiations, and administrative hearings related to workforce reduction, separations, and settlements.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders (e.g., payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions) and draft termination and supplementary documents with privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Support first-level employee relations by conducting preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and monitoring cases while contributing to process improvements and automation/AI initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, conduct research, and communicate recommendations clearly.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Business-level (advanced) proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
