Provide authentic, organic customer engagement through product education spanning features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care. Lead and exceed sales targets through ALO’s Flow initiatives, maintain a welcoming sales floor, build daily client relationships, and support operations like merchandising, replenishment, and shipment processing.
