Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and run the enterprise operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, offsites, and Board meetings.
  • •Produce the first draft of the quarterly earnings script and supporting market communications, shaping the public market story.
  • •Own the narrative and content for the CEO’s keynotes and marquee event participation (e.g., Investor Day, flagship customer conferences, leadership summits, All Hands).
  • •Synthesize complex business issues, financial models, and operational data into actionable recommendations to accelerate executive decision velocity.
  • •Lead a team of Customer Advocates for high-priority customer engagements and run cross-functional escalation and commitment resolution; also lead special projects for the CEO.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of total professional experience with high-impact delivery in fast-paced software environments.
  • •3+ years in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with expertise in structured problem solving, executive storytelling, transformation, and financial analysis.
  • •4+ years of operational leadership, strategy, or business operations experience in high-growth enterprise B2B software (with $1B+ ARR scale strongly preferred).
  • •Direct experience advising or supporting C-suite executives to drive executive velocity, strategic planning, and operational alignment.
  • •Exceptional written and oral communication plus emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and ability to build trust and drive alignment across matrixed organizations.
