Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with Portfolio Directors, Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Finance, and Supply Chain to manage successful execution of contracts.
  • •Identify, mitigate, and drive resolution of contractual issues as they arise.
  • •Ensure negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies.
  • •Provide guidance on contractual and business issues, rights and obligations, and mitigation of contractual and programmatic risks.
  • •Interface with customers for correspondence, contractual changes, and contractual issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • •Experience related to contracts management, program management, business management, finance and/or supply chain processes and procurement.
  • •Experience with contracts, terms and conditions, RFPs, RFQs, FAR, DFARS, or similar contracts.
  • •Wide experience in contracts negotiations, execution, and administration across contract aspects (e.g., price and Statements of Work) and agreements such as Proprietary Information Agreements.
  • •Experience applying analysis and critical thinking to resolve complex problems.
