Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide formal supervision, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and support recruiting and hiring.
  • •Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, and set and track deadlines.
  • •Manage commercial management activities including procurement, vendor management, and scheduling.
  • •Design and maintain project-specific cost models, publish reports, and align cost models with stakeholder and client goals.
  • •Establish strategy for cash flow and project accruals, implement commercial management strategies, and develop business cases by assessing financial benefit, risk rating, and necessity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and measuring performance and retention.
  • •Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information and convey performance expectations.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations such as percentages and fractions.
