Support the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of stationary and mobile equipment across the facility. Coordinate maintenance activities, manage vendor and purchasing processes, and maintain operational readiness through planning, communication, and technical oversight. Use systems such as Ariba and Oracle to manage purchase orders and maintenance orders, set up preventative maintenance, coordinate spare parts, and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, EHS, and shop teams to execute repairs and compliance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

•Use Ariba to request purchase orders, process invoices, and create goods receipts.
•Use Oracle to plan maintenance orders, manage warehouse parts, and set up preventative maintenance for stationary and mobile equipment.
•Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering to determine strategic spare parts, source parts and services, and schedule outside services for equipment and facility repairs.
•Coordinate EHS efforts via Intelex for safety concerns, repairs, compliance tracking, and OSHA requirements.
•Manage maintenance logistics including inventory levels and part locations, coordinate shipping and receiving, manage contractor scopes of work and permitting requirements, and maintain ISO and company compliance for purchasing, preventative maintenance, and calibrations.

Key Requirements

•Have a four-year degree plus two years of experience in a technical or maintenance background, with knowledge of computer operating systems.
•Have a two-year degree plus at least four years of experience in a technical or maintenance background, with knowledge of computer operating systems.
•Have a minimum of eight years of experience working directly in an industrial maintenance program with knowledge of computer operating systems.
