Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn to start 'owning' portions of an installation and break/fix incidents.
  • •Assist with configurations and installations for less complex tasks.
  • •Attend to less complex break/fix events during the project lifecycle.
  • •Support problem management activities during the project lifecycle.
  • •Work jointly with the Implementation Engineering team and senior engineers (L2) to meet client requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing (or related field).
  • •Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.
  • •Some work experience in technical implementation engineering focused on networking technologies.
  • •Experience with networking technologies including routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, and core/access layers.
  • •Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot networking issues.
