Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to employee and manager questions, counseling on HR policies, processes, systems, and employee data via multiple channels.
  • •Assist with administration of HR programs and services, including benefit administration, leave administration, and time & labour compliance.
  • •Process HR service requests such as organization and compensation changes, complex data updates, and other HR transactions.
  • •Perform HR operational activities including report generation, background checks, and new hire onboarding while documenting case details in the system.
  • •Participate in user acceptance testing, verify documentation and legislative/policy compliance, and help identify process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •A college or university degree and/or relevant human resources work experience is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to handle complex and non-routine HR inquiries.
  • •Excellent customer service and client relationship skills.
  • •Accuracy and high attention to detail, with strong oral and written communication.
  • •High proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work across multiple systems.
