Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product design engineering for industrial power distribution circuit breaker product lines, providing technical leadership and driving innovation.
  • •Build engineering team capabilities through mentoring, talent development, and a digital mindset focused on industrial breaker design, testing, and standards.
  • •Oversee new product development from concept and requirements through design, qualification, validation, and manufacturing transfer using Eaton’s PROLaunch process.
  • •Ensure product line performance by sustaining production, resolving product issues, and maintaining compliance with certifications and industry standards.
  • •Oversee technical documentation and product technology development, including drawings, BOMs, specifications, test procedures, DFMEAs, product guides, and monitoring market/competitor trends.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
  • •9+ years of experience in electromechanical product and/or system design.
  • •4+ years of experience directly or indirectly supervising or leading teams.
  • •Experience developing team capabilities through knowledge, accountability, and continuous process improvement.
  • •Experience collaborating within globally distributed teams, with knowledge of industrial low- or medium-voltage circuit protection components or systems products preferred.
