Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in shaping digital transformations for client organizations, acting as a bridge between business and IT.
  • •Collaborate closely with senior consultants, experts and clients to deliver client projects.
  • •Contribute to internal activities such as business development, proposals or events within the Foundation program.
  • •Support the team in delivering innovative transformation initiatives and learning opportunities.
  • •Progress through the Foundation and later rotate into Transformation Management, Process Excellence or Data & AI Advisory.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's diploma op zak, with a focus on one of: Technische Bedrijfskunde, Economie, Bestuurskunde, Informatiewetenschappen, Business Analytics or vergelijkbaar
  • •Aantoonbare ervaring en affiniteit met werken op het snijvlak tussen Business en IT
  • •0-1 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in de rol van (junior) consultant, scrummaster, projectleider of analist
  • •Tijdens de Foundation ga je 2 jaar lang werken aan persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling en klantervaring opdoen
  • •Je werkt nauw samen met senior consultants, experts en klanten en bent een verbindende schakel
