•Direct preventive and predictive maintenance for motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and building HVAC systems.
•Assess, repair, and document maintenance activities, and maintain parts inventory to support efficient service.
•Develop and implement end-to-end facilities assets preventive maintenance programs and track reporting.
•Ensure OSHA and state safety standards are followed, including conducting required OSHA training and vendor/contractor coordination.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,025 - 110,675 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years (or an Associates of Arts degree preferred) in facilities and maintenance supervision/management, preferably in a distribution center or warehousing environment.
•Experience managing a facilities/maintenance budget and allocating resources.
•Experience with automated process control or material handling equipment maintenance, including conveyors and material-handling systems.
•Understanding of and experience with HVAC systems.
•Experience using, training on, and enforcing Lock-out/Tag-out, fall protection, and other OSHA/state-required safety regulations.
