Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to the RECODE Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) team delivering services to the Royal Navy’s in-service platforms.
  • •Carry out daily collation and movement of hardware alongside supporting customer deliveries.
  • •Use the Asset Management System to maintain accurate records for stores and in-service platforms.
  • •Generate paperwork and organise equipment deliveries to stores and platforms, including classified items.
  • •Support hardware disposals and perform stock audits and Build State Record verification audits on platforms.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 36,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Good IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • •Experience or knowledge in a stores environment with attention to detail and strong record keeping.
  • •Customer-facing experience with the flexibility to meet customer expectations, often at short notice.
  • •Support deliveries to stores and platforms, including organising paperwork for equipment (including classified items).
  • •Ability to assist with stores organisation, stock audits across sites, and equipment/rig validation.
