Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Vice President, Head of Operations for the Studio Business Group.
  • •Build and lead a Strategy & Planning team, defining its mandate, ways of working, and priorities while coaching and developing talent.
  • •Design, establish, and manage the Studio Business Group’s integrated executive operating cadence across business reviews, KPI/performance reviews, strategy and risk discussions, and planning activities.
  • •Create an integrated executive view of business performance, risks, and opportunities by partnering with Finance and functional leaders on meaningful KPIs.
  • •Lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning studios and SIE organizations by setting objectives, decision rights, milestones, and measures of success.

Key Requirements
