Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team to build distributed microservices and full-stack systems that meet regulatory needs.
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions and drive end-user experiences.
  • •Provide technical leadership across Agile teams, setting standards for design, development, and operational excellence.
  • •Partner with architects to define service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
  • •Continuously improve systems by identifying refactoring opportunities, reducing technical debt, and enhancing performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 179,400 - 204,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 4 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms or virtualization technologies.
  • •Experience coding with more than two of: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala.
  • •3+ years of experience with database and database management systems.
