Job Summary

Build and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, while expanding capabilities in Data Cloud and Agentforce. Own solution design decisions and production code quality, manage CI/CD maturity using Salesforce DX and Copado, and support full sprint lifecycle from requirements through deployment and operations. Provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentoring, and design integrations, data models, and security architecture.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using Apex, LWC, and Aura.
•Build Experience Cloud sites and govern hybrid declarative/programmatic implementations with governor limit awareness.
•Operate CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Git, and Copado, including pipeline setup, branch strategy, code quality gates, and deployment runbooks.
•Configure Data Cloud and Agentforce (data streams, identity resolution, segments, agents, and Einstein features) and integrate APIs and external systems.
•Provide technical leadership through code reviews, technical design documentation, mentoring developers, and coordinating cross-functionally through sprint lifecycle and production support.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in production (not primarily admin/config).
•Deep expertise in Sales Cloud including opportunity management, CPQ basics, forecasting, and custom automation.
•Deep expertise in Service Cloud including case management, Omni-Channel routing, entitlements, CTI/SCV integrations, and knowledge base configuration.
•Strong Experience Cloud experience including site configuration, audience targeting, CMS, community sharing, and LWC for Experience.
•Expert-level Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow, including ability to review and rewrite complex Apex logic.
