Key Responsibilities

  • •Use semiconductor device physics knowledge to enable competitive technology through process and parametric improvements.
  • •Drive process and device improvements via characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis, and simulation.
  • •Own technology parametric performance and parametric Cpk improvements, including parametric test dispositions and root-cause determination for scrap/outliers.
  • •Create/review product flow and support short flow and test chip development.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration for transfer, development, qualification, and manufacturing of advanced analog and CMOS technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in EE, Chemical, Material Science Engineering, or a semiconductor-specific field with solid state physics, applied physics, or quantum mechanics.
  • •5+ years of experience in a semiconductor factory with specific experience in advanced CMOS devices (90nm and below) and analog technologies.
  • •5+ years of experience in process integration and device work.
  • •Ability to plan effectively, drive schedules, meet critical deadlines on multiple parallel tasks, and lead technical discussions across organizational boundaries.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical problem-solving, and teamwork across functions.
