Country Leader, HBS Norway

Lead HBS Services Operations for Norway with end-to-end responsibility for P&L, revenue, orders, margin, and key program metrics including safety, forecast accuracy, cash flow, and customer and employee satisfaction. Manage and develop direct reports, ensure operational efficiencies and adherence to contract, schedule, cost, compliance, and trade requirements, and drive growth and wallet-expansion strategy in collaboration with sales, operations, and commercial teams.
