Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and monitor project cost forecasts, budgets, schedules, and performance reports.
  • •Support preparation and maintenance of project baselines, schedules, cost plans, and progress measurement systems.
  • •Track project performance vs. approved baselines, including cost, schedule, progress, risks, and key variances; recommend corrective actions.
  • •Prepare periodic project status reports and dashboards for management review.
