Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop embedded software for DLP controllers and associated peripherals, including industrial and automotive products with potential safety/security considerations.
  • •Collaborate with controller, FPGA, algorithms, tools, and applications teams to define requirements, influence system decisions, and meet product needs.
  • •Follow defined processes to achieve project goals and continuously improve them.
  • •Debug and support software issues with customers and cross-functional applications teams as needed, including maintenance and change requests.
  • •Plan and execute unit/system testing, analyze results, determine root causes, recommend corrective actions, and maintain code quality/coverage while supporting release activities.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years industry experience in software development for embedded devices.
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in EE/ECE/CSE.
  • •Proficient in C/C++ and experienced in developing and deploying applications on embedded platforms.
  • •Adequate knowledge of hardware, including reading schematics and using lab equipment such as scopes and logic analyzers.
  • •Good software debugging skills, able to identify software/hardware issues with minimal iterations, and collaborate across functions.
