Key Responsibilities

  • •Leading the development and evolution of enterprise IAM architecture, standards, and roadmaps across cloud and on‑premise environments.
  • •Translating business needs, risk, and compliance requirements into secure, scalable identity and access management solutions.
  • •Designing and improving identity lifecycle (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) and Identity Governance capabilities, including access requests, provisioning, and access reviews.
  • •Defining and promoting authentication and access standards such as SSO, MFA, federation, and conditional access across applications and platforms.
  • •Driving the strategy and governance for Privileged Access Management (PAM) for both human and non‑human privileged identities.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Strong experience in IAM architecture and governance (typically 7+ years) within large, complex organisations.
  • •Deep expertise across core IAM domains including Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management (SSO, MFA, federation, conditional access), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and identity lifecycle (JML).
  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft identity platforms, particularly Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including hybrid identity and privileged access controls.
  • •Experience designing or governing identity and access controls in cloud environments (Azure plus AWS and/or GCP).
