Provide timely, accurate client transaction processing while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and records. Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience and educate customers on digital, self-service banking solutions such as ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking. Support sales through outbound calling to identify client needs, offers, and referral opportunities, while applying Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and adhering to internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures.
