Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, mentoring, evaluation, and development for Quality Engineers and Supplier Quality Engineers while working closely with the Inspection team (final and receiving).
  • •Facilitate problem-solving and coordinate corrective and preventive actions, assisting the quality manager with system development and maintenance.
  • •Drive supplier improvement in Quality, Delivery, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable customer requirements and government regulations related to product quality.
  • •Lead customer, supplier, and internal CAPA activities and support key supplier performance improvement using process controls and quality assurance plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 8 years in Supplier, Process and/or Customer Quality, including experience leading people.
  • •Metrology Lab Management experience and strong GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) knowledge.
  • •Knowledge of quality registration requirements and certification processes (ISO9001/AS9100).
  • •Demonstrated use of Lean tools and Six Sigma, including problem-solving methods (8D, A3, 3-Legged 5 Why).
