Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or relevant role in SaaS and/or enterprise software.
  • •Knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • •Experience working with APIs and standard authorization protocols (OAuth2, SAML/SSO, OpenID, etc.).
  • •Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and different customer personas.
  • •Programming proficiency (Python, or NodeJS/JavaScript preferred); CI/CD tool experience (GitHub/GitLab) is a plus.
