Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop Service Center team members and oversee day-to-day service operations, including customer interactions, reporting, and repairs.
  • •Evaluate and provide ongoing feedback to employees to drive performance and results.
  • •Select, train, and develop employees, ensuring key positions are filled in a timely manner, including follow-up for training.
  • •Ensure highest level of Lucid customer experience by addressing client concerns and complaints quickly and professionally.
  • •Delegate and direct service tasks to ensure vehicles are repaired and returned on time, including assisting with repairs and resolving people and safety issues with relevant teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of automotive service experience, including accountability for KPIs such as Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Repair Completion Time, Days Down, and PDI completion/turnaround time.
  • •Experience managing and leading technicians (selection, development, performance management, engagement, and training).
  • •Exceptional ability to collaborate, motivate, and lead individuals, groups, and vendors.
  • •Verifiable track record of excellence in customer service.
  • •Advanced organization skills to drive continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment, including strong written and verbal communication and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and learning proprietary DMS).
