Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for cost management matters and lead the Turner & Townsend team in Dallas.
  • •Lead and motivate others; provide direction and inspire high performance.
  • •Assure project execution through peer reviews, gateway reviews, maturity assessments, readiness reviews, and progress/performance audits.
  • •Periodically take on major program delivery roles, lead teams on commissions, achieve steady-state delivery, and manage transition/backfill.
  • •Support real estate cost center business development and coordinate with project team leaders on negotiations and execution; oversee BU performance and project P/L.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of relevant working experience in cost management/project controls discipline.
  • •Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • •Experience in business development for cost management programs.
  • •Proactive, quality-driven, hands-on team leader with the ability to multitask.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including experience leading teams of professionals and growing/developing people.
