Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project delivery through project controls, financial management, reporting, and business improvement activities.
  • •Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost performance to support successful project outcomes.
  • •Prepare project reporting, analysis, and insights for decision-making and governance requirements.
  • •Support the management of project risks, issues, and improvement initiatives.
  • •Assist with developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and key deliverables, partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to meet contractual and operational requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a Project Management, Project Controls, or PMO environment.
  • •Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
  • •Strong analytical skills to turn data into meaningful insights for decision-making.
  • •Experience preparing project, performance, or customer reports.
  • •Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders; defence experience and/or project management qualifications are desirable.
