Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement comprehensive machinery category and segment strategies aligned with business objectives and procurement processes.
  • •Use spend, demand, market, and supplier analysis to identify opportunities, trends, cost drivers, risks, and sourcing options.
  • •Lead strategic sourcing activities including RFQs, supplier evaluations, and commercial recommendations for complex machinery requirements.
  • •Develop and negotiate commercial frameworks, pricing, legal terms, and contract conditions for turnaround activities, capital projects, and outline agreements.
  • •Drive supplier performance reviews against KPIs/SLAs and manage corrective actions, continuous improvement, and value-creation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or recognized equivalent) required; master's preferred.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in procurement, category management, strategic sourcing, contracting, or a related commercial field required.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing and executing category/segment strategies and leading complex sourcing initiatives.
  • •Experience with machinery, capital projects, turnaround activities, technical services, or related categories strongly preferred.
  • •Experience influencing and leading in a complex matrix organization without direct reporting authority.
