Lead end-to-end delivery of technology-enabled change for financial services clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes. Own scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams, while collaborating with stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors. Establish governance, reporting, and communication frameworks, and support change, adoption, and continuous improvement across programmes.
