Own the Services product vision, strategy, and roadmap for service-based businesses, defining and driving a differentiated platform spanning appointment scheduling, mobile POS, payments, subscriptions, invoicing, workforce tools, and AI-powered automation. Lead end-to-end product management from concept to commercialization, partner cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Customer Success, and deliver commerce solutions that drive merchant retention, revenue expansion, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Services vertical.
•Own the Services platform and end-to-end product portfolio, including scheduling, mobile POS, payments, invoicing, CRM, subscriptions, and workforce management.
•Lead end-to-end product management from concept through commercialization, partnering with Engineering to build scalable, cloud-native solutions.
•Use AI to automate scheduling, customer communications, staffing, and operational workflows to improve customer experience.
•Drive commercial leadership by managing product financial performance, partnering on pricing/packaging, and supporting merchant adoption and revenue expansion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 330,000 annually

•12+ years in product management.
•Experience with SaaS platforms serving SMBs or enterprise customers.
•Strong understanding of payments, software, commerce, and subscription businesses.
•Proven experience delivering customer-centric digital products.
•Experience in appointment-based software or field service platforms, or in healthcare technology, hospitality, or business management software.
