Job Summary

Build trusting relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess client banking needs, gather and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan products aligned to each customer’s goals. Open new accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and educate customers on digital and self-service tools. Partner with branch teams to deliver an accurate, high-quality client experience while using available technologies and resources to drive operational excellence.
