Key Responsibilities

  • •Own primary responsibility for credit and monitoring of commercial portfolio risks, including underwriting quality and ongoing risk grading.
  • •Manage delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing base, portfolio reviews, specialized reporting, and criticized loans.
  • •Manage a portfolio of commercial customers with relationship managers, maintaining regular customer contact and visibility in managing the relationship.
  • •Present proposed credit actions in written analysis documents and verbally to the Senior Loan Committee when needed.
  • •Conduct portfolio reviews with senior management and mentor Credit Analysts to build required competencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or demonstrated knowledge and expertise.
  • •1+ year of Commercial credit experience.
  • •3+ years of Portfolio Manager and/or credit analysis experience.
  • •Effective utilization of IT systems supporting the Commercial Segment.
  • •Knowledge of commercial cross-sell products with possible credit exposure.
