Job Summary

Serve as a product specialist for Barracuda security software solutions, guiding customers through onboarding journeys that deliver measurable business outcomes. Lead onboarding activities focused on speed, quality, and value realization, and help standardize and scale onboarding through frameworks, playbooks, and customer-facing collateral. Partner with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Enablement teams, while capturing feedback and tracking onboarding KPIs to improve velocity, adoption, and satisfaction.

•Guide customers through onboarding journeys for one or more Barracuda security software solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
•Lead and execute customer onboarding activities focused on speed, quality, and value realization to support successful adoption and deployment.
•Develop, document, and maintain onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and content (workflows, checklists, templates, knowledge articles) to standardize and scale onboarding.
•Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, Product, and Enablement to align onboarding activities with customer success metrics and product outcomes.
•Create and maintain customer-facing and internal collateral and use feedback and onboarding metrics to identify gaps and drive improvements.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, professional services, customer success, or a related field; security software or technology product experience is a plus.
•Translate product capabilities into measurable business outcomes for customers.
•Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously.
•Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to executives and technical stakeholders.
•Analyze and report onboarding KPIs (time-to-value, adoption, customer satisfaction, time-to-first-value) and develop onboarding content and playbooks.
