Key Responsibilities

  • •Own recurring financial reporting for GX enterprise deals, strategic pursuits, and growth priorities, including executive-ready analysis of orders, revenue, margin, cash, backlog, pipeline, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Lead the finance workstream for GX Long Range Plan activities and FP&A cycles, coordinating across regions and teams and producing credible, documented planning outputs.
  • •Assess financial risks and opportunities across major enterprise deals and strategic pursuits, pressure-testing deal assumptions and preparing risk-adjusted economics and mitigation actions.
  • •Provide commercial finance support for enterprise deals, including pricing, commercial structuring, investment case preparation, negotiation support, and scenario analysis to protect margin and improve cash profile.
  • •Demonstrate AI/digital/process innovation by identifying opportunities to automate reporting, improve forecast accuracy, and build scalable dashboards, templates, data models, and analytical tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • •Strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance, project finance, deal support, or financial planning.
  • •Strong financial modeling, analytical, and business performance management skills, including deal economics, risks, opportunities, sensitivities, and financial implications.
  • •Experience supporting planning cycles, forecasts, pacing, operating plans, or long-range plans.
  • •Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to create clear analysis and executive-ready materials.
