Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end accounting, valuation, and forecasting for all global equity incentive plans and related disclosures under ASC 718 and ASC 260.
  • •Partner with the SVP of Financial Reporting, Legal Counsel, and People Team to prepare and present high-level analyses on plan availability, burn rates, and the financial impact of proposed equity structures.
  • •Oversee global mobility and tax compliance, ensuring cross-border withholding and reporting are compliant with locale jurisdictions.
  • •Develop sophisticated models to forecast SBC expense, diluted shares, and cash flow under multiple scenarios (the Equity Crystal Ball).
  • •Lead SOX compliance within the equity function and manage external auditor relationships, defending technical positions on valuations and modifications.
