Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead content planning, writing, graphics ideation, peer reviews, and editing across proposal volumes and artifacts.
  • •Collaborate with proposal, business development, capture, solutioning, and operations teams to develop compliant, responsive, and compelling proposals.
  • •Interview subject matter experts to extract technical information and distill it into persuasive, differentiated narratives and graphics concepts.
  • •Manage peer, cross-functional, executive, and external relationships to maintain consistent input, alignment, and buy-in to the proposal process.
  • •Use AI ethically as an extension of personal thinking by evaluating drafts, shifting feedback, and verifying sources.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, and certain roles may require U.S. citizenship.
  • •Experience leading proposal volumes for U.S. federal government clients across multi-phase and quick-turn efforts.
  • •Exceptional writing skills to sell complex technical concepts and value propositions to buyer stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of federal contracting, including FAR, contract vehicles, and the opportunity/business development lifecycle.
  • •Demonstrated fluency with government technology concepts including agile, human-centered design, DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, and product management.
