Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist cooks in daily food production while following food safety rules and regulations.
  • •Ensure guests are in focus by serving them with empathy and supporting IKEA values.
  • •Coordinate and ensure implementation of IKEA Food Safety programs, including incident reporting via CASY.
  • •Prepare, cook, and present dishes using standard recipes and correct ingredients; maintain hygiene and portioning.
  • •Support operations by ensuring ingredients availability, workstation cleanliness, proper equipment use, and preventive maintenance support.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years experience in a service environment, ideally sales or hospitality.
