Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Team Leader in ensuring operational efficiency across workflow distribution and staff resource utilization.
  • •Perform complex Investor AML activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of workload through the workflow process.
  • •Review investor documentation and information in adherence with Northern Trust AML processes, escalating material due diligence issues to the Investor AML Department in Ireland.
  • •Escalate and assist with resolution of more complex problems and critical issues, including those received from other Northern Trust partners.
  • •Provide support services for Ireland & UK Investor AML processes/procedures and deliver regular, accurate periodic updates to line management and colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of day-to-day AML processes and procedures and the wider funds administration business.
  • •Previous AML experience with ability to research and understand complex issues and deliver solutions with line management.
  • •Strong organizational and communication skills with effective risk management.
  • •General knowledge of the global Investor AML regulatory environment and investor due diligence documentation reviews.
  • •Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting (CA or ICWA Inter/Master or equivalent a plus).
