Support AML processes within the Transfer Agency unit by ensuring accurate investor documentation review, due diligence, and adherence to global AML regulations. Provide operational support, mentor junior staff, coordinate cross‑border updates with Ireland/UK teams, and drive process improvements in investor AML workflows.

Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Team Leader in ensuring operational efficiency with respect to workflow distribution and ensuring the effective use of staff resources.
•Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior staff, handling complex activities with significant financial or client impact.
•Ensure timely and accurate completion of workload allocated via the workflow process and review investor documentation in adherence with AML procedures.
•Escalate and assist with resolution of complex issues from other NT partners, and ensure queries from Investor AML in Ireland are dealt with efficiently.
•Maintain regular updates to line management and colleagues in Ireland, Bangalore, and Pune, and uphold audit, risk, and compliance standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting or related field (CA/ICWA Inter/Master degree/IAQ/IOC or equivalent a plus)
•Knowledge of day-to-day AML processes and procedures and the wider funds administration business
•Previous experience in AML
•Strong organizational and communication skills
•Experience in Audit/Operational Control/Risk, Accounting or financial services/capital markets work experience or equivalent
