Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform hardware inspections and run hardware or software-based checks to verify functionality.
  • •Diagnose and replace failed system hardware and provide technical support to resolve failures and anomalies.
  • •Follow rapid problem solving and root cause/corrective action processes to resolve technical issues and quality opportunities.
  • •Maintain compliance with internal procedures covering safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer service requirements.
  • •Develop and support Standard Work for the regional factory and coordinate shipping/inventory activities including receiving, picking, and delivery order creation.
