Job Summary

Lead the Rooms Division to ensure smooth, efficient operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Guest Relations, aligning departmental practices with brand and hotel standards. Own strategic planning and P&L for the division, optimize revenue with Sales/Revenue Management, control labor and costs, and drive guest experience quality through daily inspections and mystery customer scores. Manage, coach, and develop the team while ensuring safety and compliance in collaboration with Fire & Safety.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure smooth, efficient running of all Rooms Division operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Guest Relations) according to brand and hotel standards.
•Develop hotel strategic plans; prepare forecasts and budgets, monitor revenues and departmental costs, and take full P&L responsibility for the Rooms division.
•Coordinate with Revenue Management and Sales to maximize occupancy, rates, and profits; drive upsell and guest experiences.
•Manage duty rosters, control labor costs within budget, and conduct interviews, delegating tasks, training programs, and performance reviews.
•Maintain guest experience quality via inspections (including PPM checks) and mystery customer scoring (minimum 90%), and support Fire & Safety compliance procedures.

Key Requirements

•Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in the hospitality industry.
•Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a comparable luxury hospitality role with proven operational front office or housekeeping experience.
•Hands-on operational leadership style with a mindset of leading by example.
•Experience preparing forecasts and budgets, with responsibility for departmental performance.
•Flawless knowledge of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Latvian and Russian is highly beneficial; EU work eligibility (EU passport or an existing Latvian work visa).
