Job Summary

Join a fast-paced automotive environment to provide hands-on technical support for internal development fleets and customer vehicles. Work across software, hardware, validation, manufacturing, and quality teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve vehicle system issues, including ECU diagnostics, DTC handling, and UDSl/DoIP workflows, enabling production readiness and reliable field performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide hands-on technical support for internal development fleets, fleet vehicles, and customer vehicles.
•Operate within a production line and factory environment to support vehicle software and hardware readiness.
•Partner closely with software, hardware, validation, manufacturing, and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle system issues.
•Diagnose and perform root cause analysis of software and hardware issues using Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) and diagnostic workflows (UDS).
•Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional engineering partners to drive timely issue closure and participate in on-call rotations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Computer and Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering and at least 5 years of professional experience.
•3+ years of experience with CAN bus systems and vehicle diagnostics.
•Experience supporting automotive systems; EV experience is a plus.
•Designed, implemented, and validated UDS (ISO 14229) diagnostic services for ECU manufacturing, EOL testing, and production ramp-up.
•Hands-on experience using CAN, CANoe, and CANalyzer; familiarity with DoIP (ISO 13400) environments; reading/clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
