Key Responsibilities

•Support the Lead Consultant on client assignments and/or act as Lead Consultant, owning project management for client service delivery.
•Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients and oversee the client team.
•Collaborate with an Account Executive on strategy and special projects, including analysis and drafting client presentations.
•Partner with actuarial and broking teams to prepare and deliver relevant analysis; conduct plan document review.
•Own vendor management, manage client issues with Account Executive oversight, support resolution efforts, and coach junior staff.

Salary: USD 70,000 - 87,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in the group health and benefits industry with working knowledge of benefits and services for clients.
•Strong organizational and project management skills with close attention to detail.
•Ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; must have appropriate insurance license for life and health (can be fulfilled post-hire).
