Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor new starters and less senior team members in the development of their roles and contribute to shaping their growth
  • •Coordinate design workshops and ensure all engineers contribute effectively
  • •Take accountability for their contribution towards the success of a given situation or discussion
  • •Proactively bring formed decisions to Mobile Leads to reinforce their ideas and align on the right track
  • •Collaborates with product owners to ensure expectations are managed and timelines are realistic
