Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Mentor new starters and less senior team members in the development of their roles and contribute to shaping their growth
•Coordinate design workshops and ensure all engineers contribute effectively
•Take accountability for their contribution towards the success of a given situation or discussion
•Proactively bring formed decisions to Mobile Leads to reinforce their ideas and align on the right track
•Collaborates with product owners to ensure expectations are managed and timelines are realistic
